Windows 8.1 was SUCK!!!

After I download the windows 8.1 on windows store my PC was run to problem on booting…
Before that…
I was install my kaspersky 2013 and always say that was not compatible with my windows 8.1.. but I declined to help with internet connection
After I success install the kaspersky and reboot my pc was error!!!
if you have kaspersky 2013 I suggested DO NOT ISNTALL THE WINDOWS 8.1 PRIVIEW!!!!
